Resumen

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was a decision of migratory policy of the American government in view of benefitting certain undocumented migrants who arrived as children in the U.S. and who have certain schooling level, in particular they have been called Dreamers. Deferred action is carried out by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This executive measure was announced in the morning of June 15th, 2012, by Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, and then restated in a press conference on the same day by President Barack Obama. Such program was created through an executive action that back then President Obama signed in August 2012, however, the current American president has announced its possible termination within six months.
